[Koha] Help 404 File Not Found / Files Missing

Hi Paul,

Sorry. Yes, I am actually running Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS, kernel is Linux 3.13.0-46 - I misreported this. Thanks for the catch (I am VERY new at this stuff)!

Looks like I am running Apace 2.2.22 at present. I should still have the install log from the time of the 404 error.

Not sure what version of Ubuntu that might be, sounds more like the recent security kernel update ;=}

Regardless, are you using Apache 2.2.x or 2.4.x ?
