[Koha] Status "Ordered" is missing in Suggestions Management in Koha 3.18

Hi,

I am trying to turn book suggestions into orders, but the status "Ordered"
is missing.  Is this a bug or has Koha 3.18 removed it or my are settings
incorrect?  Thank you.
