[Koha] removing marc records

Dear All,
I have received bibliographical records in a Marc format file for e-books
that are hosted by EBSCO from OCLC that has to be deleted from our catalogue
since there records are no longer available. But in koha you have to use
barcode or item number for batch deletion. Is there any way this marc record
file can be used?
