As far as I know the answer is no, you can't use a MARC file to delete
records. We are frequently in the same situation and I wish this was
possible.

If there was a unique identifier in each record you might be able to
construct a report which would return barcodes which could be batch
deleted. Otherwise I think you're stuck searching for and deleting
records one by one.
