[Koha] [Koha-devel] RFC: Reverting MARC batches with deleted records

Hi, Kyle--

I couldn't agree more with wanting the records to stay deleted in that
scenario--I want all my deleted records to stay permanently, perpetually,
and completely deleted.  No zombie records!!!:)
