[Koha] Auto spell check in Koha

Koha doesn't do anything to disable spell check. In fact Firefox's
built in spell check is working fine for me in cataloging. If Firefox
isn't spell-checking single-line form fields you might need to change
Firefox's configuration:

By default Firefox only spell checks the contents of a <textarea>
multi-line field.
