[Koha] Use koha as a reference database

I look forward to it, Colleen--I'm always happy to chat about cataloging!

If I come up with record examples in our catalog that I think others might
find useful, I'll be sure to send those to the Koha list as well, and
perhaps to Nicole to include in the manual.
