That's not Koha,
If you'll notice in the bottom right

 xapian-omega 1.2.19

Looks to me like your apache config is missing a NameVirtualHost ...
or the DNS is not set up correctly or something or the ServerName
isn't set up. Or maybe DNS.

But whatever if it is, those 2 url are hitting Xapian/Omega ... not Koha.
