[Koha] Unexpected behaviour 942 $h (3.18)

Bob, you may be on to something.  If I remove the plugin, the problem seems
to stop. We use the plugin to auto populate the $o field in the item record.

I can't be sure, because of the intermittant nature of the problem, but it
seems to only happen if you edit the 942$h
