[Koha] Koha upload failed

Good Morning

We're experiencing a strange problem with our public demo server on koha
3_22 plack activated and lso disabled and we wish to now if anybody else
has experience this problem and then open a bug  (we have not seen any bug
about this)

We are testing Koha 3.22.0 into a debian jessy server, we have created up
to four instances in the same server (instlled via packages) sudo
create.....

We are experiencing problems when we upload a marc file into instance 2, 3,
and 4, but we have not problems upload the marc file into instance1.

the process is
tools-> import file.... when it uploads gives a message 'status
upload:failed'  no errors on log file, it seems some kind of permissions
problems to save the file into the server
