[Koha] Place Hold

Hi Alessandro,

please include information about your Koha version when asking questions
on the mailing list next time, this will make it usually easier to help you.

Some things you can check:
- Do your records have items?
- In your circulation conditions, did you define a rule for all
libraries, all itemtypes and all patrons where the number of allowed
holds is > 0?
- Did you try to place a hold on an available item? (system preference
AllowOnShelfHolds prior 3.22)
- Did you allow holds in the OPAC? (system preference RequestOnOpac)
