[Koha] "borrowers" permission doesn't allow to see current

Hi Sonia,

What Koha version are you using now? We just recently upgraded to 3.20 from
3.18.
We also have the same trouble viewing the check out details of a patron and
the note "Loading... you may continue scanning" and "Loading ..." in details
tab takes forever. With the help of our IT colleague (Koha helper Mark
Tompsett), he finds out that the java script was not loading properly. So he
told us to clear our web browser cache and cookies and it solves our
problem.
