[Koha] Question about outgoing messenging from Koha

Hello everyone and happy new year.

I am wondering if in messaging settings, notice slips & notifications, if
anyone has experimented with uploading documents so that EVERY new patron
gets these documents to their e-mail when they are added as users and
receive their login data?

I was wondering if this might be a good way to send out lending policies
and other things.
