[Koha] Issue in patron fine payment

Hi Deepak,

this appears to be a bug - could you please file it with your
description on bugzilla?

As a workaround: I found that the 'Pay' button next to the fine is
working correctly, while the 'Pay selected' shows the behaviour you
describe.
