[Koha] Add new field to Bibliographic Framework

Hi Sergio,

I can think of 2 things that might be the reason: make sure that you set
the check boxes for visibility (editor especially). You also need to
make sure the tab to show them in is not set to "ignore". Be careful
about 952 - it should be there by default actually and is used for item
information in MARC21. So it should not show up in your bibliographic
record, but only in the form for adding and editing items.
