You can also use the position marker in the xpath to pick an arbitrary
number of subject headings:

',ExtractValue(m.marcxml,'//datafield[@tag="650"][position()=2]/subfield[@code="a"]'),'

SEPARATOR ' BR ') AS 'Subject'
