[Koha] keywords to marc mapping

[Fridolin SOMERS]

I've noticed that in some pages, this feature is the only reason to 
build the MARC::Record, where all other datas come directly from database.
It could be good to test if there are mappings before trying to process.
A TT plugin seems great.

I'll try to start on that.
