[Koha] Create new authority type for Publisher

I am using KOHA 3.18.04 on Debian Wheezy  with Apache 2.2, Perl 5.014002
and MySQL14.14

I created Authority Type according to the instruction given in
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Create_new_authority_type upto
add a new section to
/etc/koha/zebradb/marc_defs/<yourMarcFlavor>/authorities/authority-koha-indexdefs.xml:
Then i tried to process using following command as given in instruction

xsltproc /etc/koha/zebradb/xsl/koha-indexdefs-to-zebra.xsl
/etc/koha/zebradb/marc_defs/marc21/authorities/authority-koha-indexdefs.xml
> /etc/koha/zebradb/marc_defs/marc21/authorities/authority-zebra-indexdefs.xsl

But following error message displaying when processin it.

-bash: /etc/koha/zebradb/marc_defs/marc21/authorities/authority-zebra-indexdefs.xsl:
Permission denied

How to resolve this problem
