[Koha] How to create authority file of personal name to maintain consistency

[Dr. B. RAVIIVVENKAT]

Suppose during data entry one staff may enter it as Ranganathan.S.R
and other staff as Ranganathan, SR or Ranganthan , SR if there are
40 books of Ranganathan and all the entry has to be same as Ranganthan, SR
how to do it in the authority file

please give the solution
