[Koha] koha-common | mpm-itk on wheezy

Indeed, on wheezy the package is called "apache2-mpm-itk" and since 
Jessie its called "libapache2-mpm-itk" and "apache2-mpm-itk" is a 
transitional package.

Do you have /usr/lib/apache2/mpm-itk ?

The itk package just changes the symlink : /usr/sbin/apache2 -> 
/usr/lib/apache2/mpm-worker/apache2
