[Koha] Questions concerning customization & localization of OPAC main page

Hi Stephan,

I am currently using a bit if jQuery and HTML classes for switching the
content to the language that is currently selected:

OpacUserJS:
...
if ($('html').attr('lang')=='de-DE') {
$(".de-DE").show();
$(".en").hide();
} else {
$(".de-DE").hide();
$(".en").show();
}
...

HTML:
<div class="en">
...
</div>
<div class = "de-DE">
...
</div>

I am quite sure there are smarter ways to do it, but maybe it helps you
to find a solution that works well for you.

You can also create links that go directly to any OPAC page in the
language you want using an URL parameter: ?language=en (Bug 9735)

The language that is selected when a user accesses the OPAC is also
determined by the language settings of the browser.

Hope this helps,

Katrin
