Why don't you document the process as a HOWTO on the Koha wiki? I'm sure a lot of people could benefit from it.

We have done successfully at BITS-Goa data migration from libsys to koha
*without* manual data re-entry, using awk scripting combined with MARCEdit (
http://marcedit.reeset.net/), all on GNU/Linux mainly. Please send us some
of the printable reports generated by your libsys (in the original form)
and we may be able to help.
