[Koha] Downgrade koha database from 3.16.x to 3.14.x

Hi all,

Currently, I am using Koha 3.16.03 database with Koha 3.14.11 software
because there is no search problem.

I would appreicate if anybody have faced the similar situation and
found the solutions for this issue.
