[Koha] Koha 3.16.4 released

The Koha community is pleased to announce the release of version
3.16.4 of the Koha library automation system.

Koha 3.16.4 is a bugfix/maintenance release. Some of the bugs fixed
are serious; users of earlier releases of Koha 3.16.x are urged to
upgrade as soon as possible.

It can be downloaded from:

Debian packages of Koha 3.16.4 will be available shortly.
