[Koha] Posting Troubleshooting Questions on Mailing Lists

That's all well and good if you have an account on the server. None of the
librarians do. I may, eventually, if I ever finish the online intro to
Linux course. Our IT person is understandably reluctant to grant access to
people who don't know what they're doing.
Perhaps it would be possible to display this info in the About Koha
section? Or, if it's there, make it more obvious.
What I'm trying to say here is there are going to be people out there
running Koha who discover bugs or problems, but who only deal with the
front end and don't have access to this information. I'm sure I'm not the
only one. . .
