Thank you Robin for your reply.

OMG, I have just realised that "Patch doesn't apply" status really means
"patch needs help to get it done".  Honestly, such status for someone new to
Koha and not an IT expert, is confusing!  Had I know that feature needs
help, I would have done what Robin has suggested!  I have seen that status
for a while, and I thought it is something to do with programming update
that doesn't apply!!
