[Koha] Perl module ReadOnly::XS

Yesterday I run with the same
On Ubuntu 14.04 ., Readonly:: XS 1.05 is reported as missing.

I ignored it because have more problems to deal, but perhaps the problem is
to test for it in first place. Can't be used directly. Only makes Readonly
faster.
