[Koha] Restrict checkout beyond current check out allowed

Dear Owen,
Thank you for a quick reply.
Our "AllowRenewalLimitOverride" is "Dont Allow".
This setting for Renewal Limit.
We need a separate setting restrict checout limit override.
I have submitted a suggestion in Koha bugzilla.
