[Koha] Overdue notices sent to a random patron (3.16)

Hello Yuval,
Bug found, see the patch on bug 12315.
The script is advanced_notices.pl, not overdue_notices.pl
It is highly recommended not to use this script without the patch attached
to the bug report.
