[Koha] 'add basket group' bug in Koha 3.14.6

Okay, got the error log. it's in /var/log/koha. We're using the debian package. It seems this is the culprit:

But don't know what to do next

It works here on 3.14.6 and master. 
Do you have some warnings/errors in the Koha logs?
