[Koha] Asking how to set up the Overdrive API

Currently, the Library (LIB), Search, and Metadata APIs are used in Koha.
Once you get those, fill out the following system preferences from the
information OverDrive gives you.
OverDriveClientKey: An all-uppercase string identifying your account.
OverDriveClientSecret: a long string of text, something like
bR+5JN1D3cKlFgdwMzqeH2jX4w7uvr30
OverDriveLibraryID: A small number identifying your particular library.
Once this is done, any search on the OPAC will allow you to go to another
page of OverDrive results. Note, though, that a recent API change by
OverDrive has introduced a bug in Koha's OverDrive integration, so clicking
on links in those results is likely to fail. I'm working on a patch.
