That's right. I know what the InputToolsSetup.exe is, but it's a
google tool for using Languages like Russian (Kyrillic) in
Environments which don't support them natively (english keyboard
etc.). And you try to extract a zip archive, but it's an exe, no
archive. But as Robin said, it has nothing to do with koha.
