[Koha] Catalog Search Slow

Hello Community,

Has anyone else noticed that catalog searches are slower after the 3.12.10
security update a few weeks ago? Other Koha functions are operating normally
but catalog searches can be really slow at times when compared with
performance before the upgrade.
