[Koha] where to put a link to ILL?

I guess something like ’Show "No results found” for X results or fewer’ might be a useful addition to the systems parameter (if it’s not already there?). 

It would be possible to insert this info where you want it using jQuery and taking the numbers in <p id=”numresults”> as a way to do it only when there are few (as opposed to no) hits for a search.
