[Koha] Continued issues with frameworks

So I am still struggling after what seemed like some success with frameworks.  I cannot seem to clear warnings for homebranch and holdingbranch not being mapped and with the correct authorised value.

I have the following lines in my XML file:

This to me shows that items.homebranch and items.holdingbranch are assigned to tag 952 subfields a and b respectively.  They are on tab -1, so as to comply with the requirement to have itemnum subfield set to -1 and to have all item fields on the same tab and tag.  They also have an authorised_value of branches.  I can see that they are mapped under Koha - MARC mapping but still this issue persists.  I also have a library created.  I previously thought I have fixed it but for the life of me cannot replicate it.  Have I totally got the wrong end of the stick here?  These are the last two errors I have and would be grateful to have this fixed.
