[Koha] Patron Card creator - Request for some sample profiles

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to ask if anyone has some sample profiles for creating patron
cards?
I was going through Vimal's tutorial </> on this, but the values were not
quite readable.
If anyone is having a sample profile/values for the same and willing to
share, kindly do the needful.
