[Koha] Fine calculation not working

Hi all,
I am using  koha14.07 running on ubuntu 12.0.4. The fines are not working.
When i run the command:  koha-foreach --enabled
/usr/share/koha/bin/cronjobs/fines.pl
I get the following:
 A DateTime object can only be compared to another DateTime object (,
DateTime=HASH(0x4f02f08)). at /usr/share/koha/bin/cronjobs/fines.pl line 115

Kindly help me.
