[Koha] Koha 3.12.9 released

he Koha community is proud to announce the release of 3.12.9.

This is a maintenance release and contains some minor enhancements and some
bugfixes.

IMPORTANT: there has been a security update for the MARC::File::XML library
which is used by Koha. You should upgrade to version 1.0.2.
If you are using the Kohan Debian packages, just upgrade as with every
release using

 $ sudo apt-get update
 $ sudo apt-get upgrade

and you will get the latest 3.12 release along with the updated Perl
library.

If you are not using the Koha Debian packages, update MARC::File::XML by
running:

 $ sudo cpan MARC::File::XML
