[Koha] bugs find while installation of koha 3.14

Hi Shiyas. I couldn't reproduce the problem you seem to have. Could you
please explain the steps you followed to reach that error? In which version
of Koha? (You said 3.14, but you're missing the minor number, for example
3.14.0, 3.14.1, and so on).
