[Koha] How to enable patron login in OPAC

We have a big database of over 20 thousand+ patrons. Now, we want to activate
patron accounts so they can log-in and manage their own accounts. When we
created each patron's account, a password was generated. What is this
password and how can we update it for all patrons so they can all log-in
with one password and then change it later on their own? 
Or if there is another way around this, I will really appreciate any new
ideas.
