[Koha] Updating Koha 3.14 after security release

As I am using a virtual box installation on a window OS (my thanks go to
Josh Hetel for setting it up for me for UNIMARC)

I set up the virtual machine;

I got the image for Koha

*I finished intalling using istructions as follows:*

*1. Download the image, import it, and start the virtual machine. *

*2. Open 127.0.0.1:8081 <http://127.0.0.1:8081/> in a webbrowser and enter
these credentials*

Now how do I go about updating on my own?
