[Koha] Koha Integrated Library System in TURKEY

Turkey's Ministry of Culture and Tourism  decided  to deploy the Koha Integrated Library System
to national public libraries in 2012.  The project finished on 11 February 2014and 1118 public 
libraries has started to use it. This project has launched a new era for public library users and librariansin Turkey.
