[Koha] SQL query: Who has issued the '1234' barcoded book? and when?

hiii,

Please find below the report which we are using to check the actions taken
in our library, it is datewise report in descending order:

CONCAT('<a href=\"/cgi-bin/koha/reports/

 from action_logs a

AND  timestamp between<<From date:yyyy-mm-dd>>AND<<To date:yyyy-mm-dd>>
ORDER BY  a.timestamp DESC
