[Koha] Search: Biblios not found after reindexing

Hallo

I upgraded today to koha 3.18.1 using the debian packages.

I noticed that the links between authority records and bibligraphic
records weren't updated using koha-rebuild-zebra

So I tried a full reindex:

koha-rebuild-zebra -f kb

I get:

such file or directory]

malloc(364288000 bytes)

Right now I can't search biblios any more.

An authority search does fine, but the the "used in"-row shows allways 0
results.

What shall I do?
