[Koha] Enabling LDAP in Koha

[CTS-Programmer 3 (Paul Dokken)]

Has anyone successfully enabled LDAP for Koha.  We have an Active Directory server we can use.  We would use a patron's email address for the login id.  I'm assuming that we would use LDAP for both the OPAC client and the administration site.
