[Koha] Serial-Article Indexing

 We create individual catalogue records for each article and link them to
the host journal record using 773 fields (MARC21).

You can see what they look like here:
http://catalogue.efdss.org/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?q=tocher

Tocher is the name of the journal, and the articles are listed after that.
