[Koha] possible bug with stage MARC import

Yes.
It works with anywhere from 1 - about 600 records.
The top ends varies from 200 to around 600.
When it works, the job complete line moves up to 100%.
When it doesn't work, it stays at 0%.

Check the timeout or max file size

I have set max file size to 50,000 records and still no activity on the
job complete. It is still at 0%.

I will look for that and try it on my next load.
