[Koha] Koha Export data

The Koha tools export function is pretty limited. You could run a report on
the publication dates and find out what the equivalent  biblio number range
is.  Depending on your library, that may give you a few, or many false
positives, but there isn't a way to limit by publication date using this
tool.
