Hi,

A general meeting was held yesterday in two parts, at 15:00 UTC and 21:00 UTC.

Here is a summary of decisions made during the meeting:

[1] The next general meeting will be held on 7 May 2014, at 15:00 UTC
and 22:00 UTC.
[2] The next developer meeting will be held on 23 April 2014, at 15:00
UTC and 22:00 UTC. The formal vote for project roles for 3.18 will
take place then.
[3] Thomas Dukleth has agreed to issue the call for sites for the 2015
conference, and will do so some time in May.

Here are action items from the meeting:

[1] Sending a query to koha-devel soliciting the nomination of release
maintainers for 3.12.x (and earlier) and starting a discussion about
support policy for older releases -- DONE
[2] Starting a discussion thread on the module maintainer concept on
koha-devel -- DONE

Here are ideas proposed during the meeting:

[1] After the release of the beta, highlighting the availability of
sandboxes and testing environments to encourage broader testing of the
beta.
[2] The release manageror similar to declare "I am particularly keen
to see the following list fixed by anyone", i.e., to put a highlight
on long-standing bugs to be fixed or patches to be rescued.
