[Koha] Reminder: General IRC meeting is 9 April 2014

Hi,

The next general IRC meeting is tomorrow.  It's a two-part meeting,
with the first part at 15:00 UTC and the second part at 21:00 UTC.

Note that one of the items on the agenda is discussing nominations for
roles for Koha 3.18.  I suggest that we plan on holding elections in
some fashion next week, to allow folks enough time to consider the
nominations.
